The Lieutenant Governor Graydon Nicholas was the guest of honour and the main attraction at the Annual Meeting at Bethany on Sept. 15, 2011. Rotary was invited to attend, and Sect. Robert E. Kimball, shown in the picture with the Lieutenant Governor, as our Representative. They had a reception at 9:00, and then the Lieutenant Governor gave a speech to the community at 10:00, followed by some musical entertainment presented by Bethany.
Many community members and leaders were in attendance, including the Mayors of Sussex and Sussex Corner, Bruce Northrup, our MLA, and a few other Rotarians, including Wendy Osborne and Robert Tremblett.
