On April 30, 2012, a membership recruitment program was held. Membership Development Chair Lou McNamara spoke to the club and its guests and confirmed that this dinner was to learn a bit about what Rotary is and what we do in the community.
Four special guests were introduced:

Mark Chown – Industrial Commercial Sanitation Supplies
Also in attendance was Sunil Rajaram, the Assistant District Governor and Past President of the Rothesay Kings Club...
Each club member introduced themselves, gave their classification, and spoke on “What Rotary means to them”. A Rotary video was shown, and ADG Sunil spoke for a bit on Rotary. Wendy Osborne talked about our local projects, including Highway Clean-up, Coats for Kids, Fundy Civic Centre ($75,000), Floral Wheel and Bridge at O’Connell Park, Camp Rotary and much more.
