We had two unique visitors join us at our lunchtime Rotary meeting on July 31, 2017- Rory Keith (right) from Havelock, NB and Anna Fluhr from Metz Tessy, France.
Rory and Anna took part in the Short-Term Youth Exchange Program this year with the support of Rotary.
Rory went to France and stayed with Anna’s family for three weeks, and now Anna is here staying with Rory’s family for three weeks...
Cory Bean (pictured at left), a recent graduate of the Sussex Christian School and a charter member of the Kings County Interact is in Ylivieska, Finland at the moment (Aug. 6, 2-17) taking part in Rotary's Short-Term Youth Exchange Program!His exchange partner, Jesse Antinoja (right), was here in Sussex earlier in the summer, staying with the Bean family learning and getting to know more about our New Brunswick culture.
What a great experience for these boys! We look forward to hearing all about Cory’s adventure when he gets back from his journey.
